It’s really hard to give tips since everything is really individual, but I can give some tips that helped me and that might help you.
Doing axel, it’s really important that you don’t swing your leg to high forward before you jump. Just think of jumping as high as you can and then tucking your right leg in behind the left one. And also, try to keep your right shoulder a little bit more behind before the take off, so that you can get more power to rotate.
But keep in mind that axel takes time to learn for everybody and the BEST way to learn it is to just practice and practice and practice. Do your best, work hard and listen to your coach. Don’t give up, I’m sure you will get your axel in no time! :D
To get your the position you want in a sit spin, a really good thing is to sit in that position off ice to get the strength that you need. When I learned sit spin I tied my skates way to hard, and when I loosened them just a little bit I could bend better and it worked. To spinspin faster and to get it centered, just make sure you are spinning on the right place of the blade. You should put your weight almost right behind the toe pick.
I hope this helped! :)
