Q
Hey, I love your blog! Where did you find the awesome background?
A

Hi, I’m glad you like my blog and background! :) I’ve actually done the background myself, out of a picture that I took after skating on the frozen ocean in Sweden!

Q
What level are you at? What is the highest jump and spin you can do?
A

The highest jumps that I do is double axel, triple salchow and triple loop. I’ve done triple toeloop and triple salchow-triple toeloop combinations a couple of times too :))

Q
Hi! I really enjoy reading your posts, and I just started learning my layback spin, but I just can't seem to bend back and arch low enough. So do you have any tips on flexibility and the layback spin? Thanks!! :)
A

Hi! :)) Bridges and back bends help a lot to get that arch that you need. Sometimes it’s not only about the back though, sometimes it’s also about the leg and then you can put your leg on a bench or table (like you’re doing a spiral) and try to lean back. But make sure to be straight or else you can hurt yourself! Good luck with the layback!
